Victoria & Mapperely Patient Participation Group

PPG STRUCTURE

The Full PPG:

  • Meets 12 weekly at the Victoria Health Centre

  • Includes Dr Nightingale and Simon Jones, the Practice Manager as representatives of the Practice

  • Open to all PPG members

  • Is the senior decision making forum for the PPG

  • Minutes are circulated to the PPG membership.

The PPG Action Group:

  • Meets monthly

  • Membership drawn from the PPG membership

  • Is responsible for the day to day running of the PPG

  • Individual members take lead responsibility for specific work tasks

  • Implements decisions made by the Full PPG

  • Generates initiatives and identify priorities that need further discussion at the Full PPG

  • Minutes are circulated to the PPG membership.
