PPG STRUCTURE
The Full PPG:

Meets 12 weekly at the Victoria Health Centre

Includes Dr Nightingale and Simon Jones, the Practice Manager as representatives of the Practice
-
Open to all PPG members
-
Is the senior decision making forum for the PPG
-
Minutes are circulated to the PPG membership.
The PPG Action Group:
-
Meets monthly
-
Membership drawn from the PPG membership
-
Is responsible for the day to day running of the PPG
-
Individual members take lead responsibility for specific work tasks
-
Implements decisions made by the Full PPG
-
Generates initiatives and identify priorities that need further discussion at the Full PPG
-
Minutes are circulated to the PPG membership.
